Founded in 1991 in Folsom, California, FPI Management began with a simple mission: to deliver property management services that genuinely improve the lives of residents while maximizing returns for property owners and investors.
Over the past 25+ years, we've grown from a small regional firm into one of the largest residential property management companies in the western United States — managing over 30,000 units across more than 150 communities. Through every phase of growth, our core values have remained unchanged.
